Is trapping squirrel and rabbits and other small animals like that legal?

Nope. Animals which you are legally able to trap are designated as such. There are legal methods and seasons. You cant legally trap squirrels or rabbits. You really need to become familiar with your states hunting and trapping laws.

Generally, yes, but it depends on what you are planning on doing with them. If you plan on humanely killing them for food, or killing them because they are pests (within the season) then yes it is legal. If you plan on torturing them or playing psychological games with them or some other sick stuff, then no. Please don't do stuff like that to the poor little guys.Is trapping squirrel and rabbits and other small animals like that legal?
Yes, depending on the season. There can also be exceptions to seasons if animals are considered pests and causing property damage.
Most states require a trappers safety course and certification before trapping. Please check your local laws. There are also set trapping seasons with some exceptions like Animal Control Officers...
What are you going to use?
