portions of the attic are unreachable, so we don't like the idea of poisons or bombs -- since the squirrels could die and decay up there.How can i get rid of squirrels in my attic? The critters have outsmarted the traps.?

we set off bug bombs in our attic and they came out very fast since the bombs cause a smoke or fog which gives them time to get out. Then you need to find out where the entrance is they are using and close it up. This worked for us.


For heavens sake don*t use cats , they may get stuck up there.


Don*t use fireworks either, you could cause a fire.
Borrow a large cat
send a couple cats up there or throw a stink bomb then block where they are comming in from a few fire crackers may work aswell.
We used mothballs. They are quite toxic, so do not place anywhere children or pets may find them!
